The Dragon's Spawn

The air was filled with tense as my warband and me approached the higher mountains. This was the last place we had to scout before returning to the black citadel - but we knew it was the most dangerous one. None of the scouts ever returned. So close to the dragonbrand there was no question why - the twisted creatures around here are Kralkatorric's puppets, filled with the hatred of an ancient dragon's soul. But that'd be nothing to stop the Charr from fulfilling their duty. Laina rustled with her wings. I looked up to the white raven on my shoulder. She felt uncomfortable. Suddenly the sky became darker. Flashes of lightning touched the top of the mountain next to us and as our leader stopped, a deep silence spread amongst the warband. The legionnaire looked at me and I knew what I had to do. Silently I sneaked above to get a better view of what lies behind the rocks. On top of the cliffs my muscles suddenly refused to obey my orders as my eyes beheld what caused the sky to darken. Hundreds of twisted dragons, each one bigger than our warmachines, covered the clouds with their black wings, ready to fly east, and our warband between them and their unknown destination, worth nothing more than a breath of cursed fire to kill...

My apologies if there are too many mistakes in the text above, I hope you can understand it....^^°

FINALLY!!!
I'm finished, nearly all of my copics are dead and my hands are, too....x___x
But hey, I like the result...at least about 80% of it.
As always, the background didn't turn out as I liked it to be, but I'm used to it xD°

Here you can see a Charr ranger and his loyal pet, a white raven. He's a member of the Ash legion.
Oooooh, I can't wait to get my hands on this game!!!! >____<
I really hope I can give the original piece to the people from Arenanet at Gamescom this year.... .____.

I used copic markers, coloured pencils and a little bit of pastel crayons.
